Ghost Kitchen Truth provides paid planning, educational, and consulting deliverables for cloud kitchen, virtual restaurant, menu, brand, and operational planning projects.

Payment authorizes work on the selected service package. Fees are charged before delivery unless a written exception is provided.

Refunds and cancellations are limited once intake begins, a service window is reserved, research starts, third-party costs are committed, or custom strategy, menu, brand, projection, or SOP work begins.

Customer is responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing deliverables, making business decisions, and complying with laws, leases, permits, insurance, food-safety rules, labor rules, and platform terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the selected package, and neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, or lost-revenue damages.

Disputes should first be raised in writing so the parties can try to resolve them informally. Any required legal process is governed by the laws of the state where the service provider is organized or primarily operates, unless non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Selected packages: service package.

Included scope: Educational planning and consulting materials based on the selected package.; A service window for intake, clarification, or delivery coordination.; Package-specific deliverables shown on the storefront and checkout summary..

Deliverables may include kitchen layout recommendations, brand concepts, menus, competitor analysis, projections, SOPs, prep-flow recommendations, packaging considerations, and operator lessons only where those items are included in the selected package.

Excluded from every package: permits, legal advice, tax advice, architectural or engineering plans, lease negotiation, construction drawings, contractor supervision, health department approval, fire/building compliance approval, guaranteed sales, guaranteed funding, guaranteed profit, or guaranteed business success.

GhostKitchenTruth provides educational, planning, and consulting materials. Results depend on market, execution, location, capital, labor, costs, and other factors. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, lease approval, permits, or business success.

Any projections, forecasts, examples, competitor observations, benchmarks, or planning models are illustrative estimates for decision support. They are not promises, financial guarantees, or representations of typical results.

Customer should independently evaluate all business decisions with qualified legal, tax, financial, food-safety, permitting, insurance, and operational professionals before committing capital or signing agreements.

Customer authorizes use of information they provide, including business goals, invoices, leases, financials, menus, recipes, vendor data, photos, public listings, reviews, competitor observations, and operational details, to prepare the purchased deliverables.

Customer represents that they have the right to share uploaded or submitted materials and that those materials do not violate another party's rights.

Customer is responsible for redacting information they do not want reviewed or used for the project.

Non-public customer materials, including supplier invoices, recipes, lease terms, sales data, business plans, pricing, and operating details, will be treated as confidential and used to perform the service.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, already known without restriction, received from a lawful third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

Customer agrees not to redistribute proprietary templates, models, SOP frameworks, strategy documents, or platform methods except for internal use in their own business.

Third-party providers may be used for payment processing, hosting, analytics, communications, AI assistance, photography, design, accounting support, or other project support where appropriate.

Third-party providers are independent and may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, fees, timelines, and limitations.

Unless expressly included in the purchased package, third-party implementation services, photography, CPA review, contractor work, legal review, and permit support are not included.

Customer receives the right to use custom deliverables prepared specifically for the selected project, such as proposed brand names, menu copy, strategy documents, product/service concepts, and SOP outputs, for their own business operations.

Customer is responsible for trademark clearance, domain availability, name conflicts, licensing, and final approval before using any brand name publicly.

Photos, generated images, and third-party assets are subject to the license terms that apply to those assets.

Ghost Kitchen Truth (the service provider) retains ownership of reusable templates, models, prompts, workflows, frameworks, know-how, and non-customer-specific methods it created or curated for this service. AgentBucks is the platform and software provider used to operate this storefront and is not a party to this service agreement; AgentBucks retains ownership of its underlying platform logic and software.

Customer is solely responsible for licenses, leases, inspections, food-safety compliance, health department rules, fire/building compliance, employment law, insurance, delivery-app terms, supplier contracts, and tax obligations.

The service is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, architectural, engineering, food-safety, permitting, or investment advice.
